Maritime DAO operates within a clear legal framework designed for investor protection and regulatory compliance. All investments are structured through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) registered in the EU. Token classification follows MiCA guidelines.
Maritime DAO entities are incorporated in Latvia (EU). All SPVs are separately registered, ring-fencing individual vessel investments. Investor funds never commingle across vessels.
